Engine & PerformanceThe Brabus MB SL Roadster has a 4.7-liter, naturally aspirated, V8 engine that provides up to 512 horsepower and 604 pounds-feet of torque, capable of powering this car to its top speed of 186 mph. This retuning increases the horsepower from the 435 HP on the standard engine.
This capability is achieved not just by modification to the engine but also by the addition of stylish components to the body that have been fine-tuned to provide the best aerodynamic quality. Brabus also tweaked the suspension to improve the cars agility, driving comfort, and road-handling capability.
Exterior
Brabus designers have come up with a set of stylish components that provide a sporty yet elegant appearance to the car, in addition to improving performance. Brabus fit two side air vents to the front of the car and a spoiler to the rear. All the Brabus components are built to the same standard as the OEM.
Customers have a choice of the companys own Monoblock alloy wheels for the Brabus Mercedes-Benz SL Roadster. Drivers can select from 18, 19 or 20-inch wheels with four separate designs and fitted with top grade tires.
The company also fits a sports exhaust system, manufactured from stainless steel, to the car. The exhaust system is finished off with four, chrome-tipped tailpipes. The system gives the car a high amp sound.
Interior
Brabus provides a whole range of options for the interior of the 2012 Brabus Mercedes-Benz SL Roadster. Trim sets are available in wood or carbon fiber in a large range of colors and finishes, along with Alcantara and Mastik leather options for the upholstery.
